The academy of {{team.name}} is the cornerstone of the club’s sporting project, dedicated to the identification, development, and preparation of young players for professional football. It provides a structured environment where talent can grow through consistent training and competitive experience.
That original team was the testing ground where the first tactics were forged and where it was learned that the key to success is not bought, but cultivated. After a period of reflection, in {{team.founded|format_date}}, the spirit of that project was reborn to give its name to our youth talent academy.
Beyond results, the academy focuses on long-term player development, ensuring that each footballer progresses technically, tactically, and mentally within a clear pathway towards the first team. Every stage of formation is designed to reinforce the club’s playing identity.
Scouting plays a key role in this process, with a network of observers responsible for identifying promising players across different regions. This system allows the club to continuously integrate new talent and maintain a sustainable sporting model based on internal development.
The academy staff, led by experienced professionals, work closely with each player to maximise their potential and prepare them for the demands of senior football. Training sessions are structured to replicate competitive scenarios and promote continuous improvement.
Today, the academy represents the future of {{team.name}}, ensuring that the club remains competitive over time by building its foundation from within.
Our scouting network operates across all regions, focused on identifying players with outstanding potential and footballing ability.
We prioritize training in playmaking and passing over immediate results.
When a warrior reaches their full potential, they are promoted to the first team to make history.
